Nanci Clarence was a panelist this month at the American Bar Association’s National Institute of White Collar Crime, the largest annual conference of white-collar practitioners. The title of the panel was “Putting the Government to Its Proof Prior to Trial: Tactics for Forcing the Government’s Hand in Complex White-Collar Cases.” Nanci spoke about pretrial strategies for obtaining complete and early disclosures of exculpatory and impeachment evidence.
