Nanci Clarence was selected to represent the Ninth Circuit as a voting member of the Practitioners Advisory Group (PAG) of the United States Sentencing Commission. The purpose of the PAG is to assist the Commission in carrying out its statutory responsibilities, to provide views on the Commission’s activities and work, including proposed priorities and amendments, and to disseminate to defense attorneys and other professionals in the defense community information regarding federal sentencing issues.
