Josh Cohen recently returned from Lake Tahoe, where he moderated a sentencing panel at the Third Annual West Coast White-Collar Conference, sponsored by the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL). The panel addressed a range of hot topics in white-collar sentencing law, including deconstruction of the sentencing guidelines governing white-collar cases and strategies for highlighting unwarranted disparities among similarly situated individuals.
