On November 14, 2013, Madera County Superior Court Judge Charles A. Wieland granted Clarence Dyer & Cohen’s motion for a judgment of acquittal on behalf of a commercial driver charged with vehicular manslaughter based on an allegedly unsafe left turn. Josh Cohen and Gina Moon tried the case to a jury in the Sierra Division of Madera County Superior Court.
